The MFA repeats its warning of 9 August 2014, which remains effective, and again appeals to Polish citizens to refrain from travelling to Iraq. Persons who nonetheless decide to travel to Iraq and remain there are informed that the scope of consular protection that Polish consular services can offer them is very limited.

Please also be informed that the Consular Agency of the Republic of Poland in Erbil continues to operate as usual.
